Anna didn't set out to build a bedding brand. It started with her own mother — who, in her seventies, could no longer wrestle a duvet into its cover without it leaving her aching for days. Anna watched her give up doing it herself, and hated that something as simple as a fresh bed had become a struggle.
She couldn't find anything that solved it properly, so she set out to make it herself: a duvet and cover in one — light enough to lift, light enough to wash, and breathable enough to stay comfortable all year. The result was the Pleene EasyRest™.

Yes. The EasyRest™ is made from quick-drying fibres that don't hold onto moisture, so it air-dries on a line or airer in just a few hours — far faster than cotton, which can take 24–48 hours. A tumble dryer speeds it up further if you have one.
Yes. Unlike a thick traditional duvet, the EasyRest™ is light and compact, so it fits a normal household machine. The single and double wash comfortably in a standard machine; for the king/super king, a slightly larger drum makes it easier. If you let us know your machine size, we're happy to advise on the best size for you.
It's actually the opposite. With ordinary bedding only the cover is washed, while the duvet itself is rarely cleaned. With the EasyRest™ the whole duvet goes in the wash every time, so nothing builds up inside it. It's the cleanest option you can have.
The EasyRest™ is a light 3.5 tog with breathable fibres that help hold your body warmth in cooler months while staying cool in summer. It's designed as a comfortable all-year duvet; in a very cold room some people simply add a throw on top in the depths of winter.
